We had such a great time, the accommodations were picturesque, the breakfasts were delicious and the Inn Keeper was definately a "KEEPER" with her bubbly personality. We planned on staying one night and then take the boat to Vis but we ended staying two nights and enjoyed every minute of it. Upon our return to Split, on our way south we again stayed at the Pink Inn. The stairs to the top floor may be difficult for some but the view is worth it. On the third night the accommodations were different, the room had nice decor, the bed was comfortable but the view was not as splendid. We want to come back! Jim and Suzanne

• Brilliant service, with very helpful Iveska offering advice on how to get there by public transport etc. Set just outside Split in Podstrana, big clean modern rooms with climate control. 2 Minutes walk from the beach. When we stayed breakfast was taken at Hotel Eden (neigbouring 4* hotel) and was excellent.

We have just returned from this great location, as with the other reviews we found the pink inn was excellent, and spotlessly clean,our top floor apartment gave fantastic views, and Iveska who runs the show was always helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were o.k.

We used the local bus service to go into Split and again to go along the coast the other way to Omis (which is stunning).
Boat trips to the islands etc are available at both of these harbours.

We can only say that we would definately go again, and will look forward to doing so !

Vor unserer Abreise gabs eigens von ihr gebratene Eier und Speck zur Stärkung. Da es nur ein kleines Hotel ist, betreut Iveska Mustapic ihre Gäste besonders gut. Sie spricht fließend englisch und kennt sich natürlich sehr gut aus in bezug auf Restaurants, Reiseziele usw. Unser Zimmer im Pink Inn hat uns auf Anhieb gefallen. Es war sehr sauber, schön groß und mit Blick aufs Meer. Frühstück gabs mit Meerblick meist auf der Terrasse, denn auch im Winter wirds in Kroatien nicht sehr kalt. Wir hatten einen kleinen Mietwagen mit dem wir vom Hotel nach Split gefahren sind, es gibt auch eine Busverbindung, aber das Auto hat sich schon als praktisch erwießen. Last Day In Croatia

We are back in Rome now, but I wanted to post some last photos from Croatia and mention just a few things we liked about Croatia. First, I love that the signal lights turns yellow before turning green. It sort of gives you a heads up that the green light is coming. I also like that the waiters at restaurants carry change with them in a wallet so that when you pay they give you the correct change right then and there instead of going back to the cash register. The one thing I didn't like and found surprising was the price of lobster. We were on the coast surrounded by islands and on several islands and regardless of whether you were in a touristy area or not, the price of lobster was the same, 100 dollars. Suffice to say I didn't get to try it out. Anyhow, this will be our last blog. I hope you all enjoyed the posts! :) (finally figured out the semi-colon and parenthesis on the european keyboard, horray!)
In Split (technically Postrana, approx. 8 km south of Split) we stayed at the Pink Inn. Our landlady, Iveska is awesome! By far this is the cleanest and nicest and most affordable place we stayed at on our entire trip, not to mention breakfast is included as well. I also love Iveska because she's Canadian or at least lived there long enough to have a Canadian accent and everyone knows I love Canadians :)
	Loren hanging out in our room. The first few days we stayed here at the Pink Inn, Iveska hooked us up with a suite on the top floor. It was a cute little apartment with a full kitchen and amazing view of the ocean.
